Here is an itemized summary of my support packages along with my rate for each one.
If there is anything you do not see within a package that you feel you would like as part of your experience, please feel free to bring it to my attention.
I require a 50% deposit at contract signing in order to reserve my availability for you. Any remaining balances are due on or before 37 weeks gestation.
Payments can be made via check, venmo or paypal.
Optional payment methods can be discussed.
Postpartum Package
$25.00 an hour
You may either choose from one of the options below or
we can create a unique schedule that works better for your family!
Postpartum doula shifts are at least 4 hours in length but can do 6-8 hour shifts if desired. We require a minimum of 16 hours of services (at least 4 shifts) to book a client.

The Deluxe package includes all of the above mentioned services.
Birth Doula
-3 prenatal meetings

Lactation
-1 hospital visit post labor (usually before leaving post labor)

Postpartum Doula
-First home visit within the first 24 hours of being home with baby
-Mental health/healing check (for first 3 months)

-Baby watch so mom can sleep, only waking mom for feedings
-3 overnights that work with your schedule.
-Visits once a week every 2-6 weeks
Newborn photography session if desired.
Placenta Encapsulation
$450
Encapsulating your placenta has many benefits for your postpartum recovery. It aides with postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety and breastfeeding as well. Some have said they notice it aides with weight loss as well. There are two main processes for placenta encapsulation.
Traditional Steaming: I drain the placenta of blood, prep a pot of water with herbs to boil, once the pot of water is boiling I place the placenta in a wire/mesh container so the steam. After 30 minutes I remove it from the container to cut the placenta up before placing it in the dehydrator. Once it is dehydrated I will place it in the blender to powder before putting the powder in vegan pill capsules.
Raw Processes: I drain the placenta of blood, do cool water rinse to ensure all blood has left the placenta and veins. Then I will cut the placenta into pieces and place it in the dehydrator. Once the dehydration process is complete I will use a blender to turn the pieces into powder. After that I will place the powder in vegan capsules.
I will also do placenta prints and dehydrate the cord in a heart shape as mementos.
